Before you sign up and download Dailywp themes for your own purposes, please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using Dailywp themes, we assume you’ve accepted the terms of use given below.
These terms of use apply to all Dailywp memberships. Dailywp grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use products sold on the Dailywp.com website in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
1. License
Dailywp products are available through Standard license & Developer license. The Standard license gives you the right to use the product on a single site (one single WordPress installation) while the Developer license allows unlimited domains usage.
It is not permitted to use our products on more than the allowed sites. Please make sure that you only use the permitted number, so if you have more sites using our products with Standard license, you must remove them on the other sites.
Licenses are not time-limited so you may continue to use the purchased products as long as you want. Being a DailyWP customer, you also have access to our Help Center and updates of your chosen products.
2. Unauthorized use
Modified or unmodified, it is not permitted to share our products on a disk, website, P2P service or any other medium. Resale is also not permitted. This means you are not allowed to set up our products for demonstration purposes to promote them to our customers. Should you intend to do so, written permission from Dailywp.com is required.
You are allowed to use the product in all your client projects but it does NOT allow redistribution of the product in any form. Using a Dailywp product for your client projects is only granted if you primarily sell your service to your client and not the product itself. If you wish to continue the usage of the product for new clients you need to renew your membership.
3. Modifications
You are allowed to make any changes and modifications in the themes or products to suit your needs. This includes the all PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS files distributed with our products.
However, you are a not allowed to resale or redistribute these changes and modifications as GPL or other licenses. It is strictly prohibited to port Dailywp themes to other platforms and content management systems.
Moreover, it is not permitted to change or remove the copyright information in the source code without having the Developer license. Any visual copyrights, for example the copyrights in the theme footer, can only be removed when you have the Developer license.
4. Assignability
It is not allowed to sub-license, assign, or transfer your licenses to anyone.
5. Demo Content
Re-use of any graphics, icons or photos from the demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The demo content is for demonstration purposes only.
6. Product Delivery
As soon as your payment has been confirmed, you can download your purchased products in the member area.
7. Support
We provide technical support for Dailywp products through our Help Center, NOT by email.
We also do NOT offer any free support for customization. If you want to customize the themes for your specific need, please email all the related details to services@dailywp.com.
We charge $30/hour for the customization service.
8. Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes customers purchase products and don’t use them because the product does not completely fit their needs. We offer 7-day money back guarantee. If our theme does not completely fit your needs, you can send a request for a refund through our Contact us form. After 7 days, we will not accept any refund request. If you have any problem, our supporters will help you in our Help Center.
9. Privacy Policy
Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues.
10. Warranty
Dailywp gives no warranty or guarantee for our themes in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the theme. We do NOT guarantee that our products will work with all third party extensions. Dailywp themes are developed for the latest WordPress version. Whether our products will work with future WordPress versions or how long past WordPress versions are going to be supported isn’t guaranteed. This decision is solely made by Dailywp.
11. Terms & Conditions
Dailywp reserves the right to change or modify current Terms Of Use at any time with no prior notice. Therefore, we encourage you to review changes to our privacy policy every time you visit this website. Further, Dailywp reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the membership. Dailywp shall not be liable to you or any third party should Dailywp exercise its right to modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature of the membership.
