Product Manager

Review Engine allows site visitors to search and review product information such as detailed descriptions, specifications, prices, images, etc. Search tools include a filtering system that makes it easy for users to sort products based on features. Site managers have the ability to create, edit and/or delete products as well as assign products to filters that they create.

Review Manager

Product reviews are listed at the bottom each product page.When the review feature is enabled, Review Engine allows editors and registered users to provide their assessments of products listed on the site. Site managers have full control of Review Management, which gives them the ability to approve, hold, or delete any number of pending reviews simultaneously.  If desired, site managers can also enable an auto publish feature, which automatically displays reviews without the need for approval.

Rating System

Product ratings provide an element of detail that helps visitors determine if a product is favored or considered inferior by its users. In addition to being able to write an analysis of a product, members can also rate that product based on criteria such as design, performance, quality, and more. While a product can have many reviews, each individual review has a separate rating, and an overall rating for the product is calculated based on the individual values.

Product comparison

Review Engine allows visitors to easily determine which products are top rating by editors, and most preferred by other users. The ability to compare products can be a very useful tool when performing product research.Review Engine provides a comparison feature that permits users to choose multiple products in the same category and lists all information about the products (specifications, ratings, etc.) in an easy to read table-style format.

Articles

In addition to product listings and reviews, Review Engine provides site managers with a means to post news articles on the site. These articles are linked to existing products in database and allow visitors to go directly from the article to the product page that it references.
