applying to employer and admin

CUSTOMER can I make it that the admin (or assigned email) also gets emailed all applications in addition to the employer?
Like have a bcc email with the application (so 2 emails go out) 1 to the admin and one to the job poster?
If it is possible, what code do I put and where?
